
These little redpolls seem to be everywhere this time of year.

The females have a stripy, pale breast...

While the males are very rosy.

This guy is a little acrobat. I'm not quite sure what he's up to.

And this one seems to be playing peek-a-boo with me.

I've never heard or or see a Redpoll. It's enough to make me want to take up birding.
