Cleo Mahoney

Richard's mum, Cleo Mahoney passed away at the age of 94, in the wee hours of Saturday morning.

A few years back she gave us a walking tour of the graveyards in Low and Fieldville, Quebec...

...pointing out various relatives to Richard and me.

But what I'll remember most about Cleo was the way she loved to reminisce and make everyone laugh with her tales of family escapades. We'll miss you Cleo!

Lovely tribute Ronna.

It's been a tough year already, I can see that, but what a joy to have known so many people in their 90s. We should all be so lucky.

Much love to you both,

Lauren

My condolences to you and Richard. She looks like she was a wonderful woman - she must have been, to have a great son like Richard.

I'm so sorry to hear of Richard's and your loss. You can certainly see the family resemblance between she and Richard. I'm sure she had lots of interesting stories to tell about life in Quebec many years ago. Not many mod-coms back then.

A lovely lady indeed who will be sorely misses. Richard is the image of her! And Richard obviously got his storytelling gift from his Mum. Hugs to you both. oxoxo
