100 Things to Eat Before You Die #3

Not for the faint of heart, the thought of dropping a live lobster into a pot of boiling water can be a bit daunting.

But 10 minutes later, the vibrant red lobsters are ready to be eaten and in my books, one of the tastiest things in the world.

You'll need a series of tools to break that shell and fish out the meat but the effort is well worth it.

Just roll up your sleeves, tie on the lobster big, be prepared to get dirty and dig in. After tasting the tender, pink meat dipped into a bit of melted butter, I'm in heaven. Defnitely in my top 10!

It does look delish, but I too am too chicken to boil one myself. I'll leave that task to the good folks at the seafood restaurant! :D

P.S. Are Nanaimo bars on your top 100 list? :D

A little sweet for my taste. I prefer crab and shrimp. And, of course, salmon, cod, sardines, walleye, scallops, halibut... But they LOOK great! And we see the red, white, &blue motif so thanks for celebrating up the line there. i'd a had Tim's Bits on Canada Day if I coulda got 'em.

Now, for my top 100? Coffee Crisp!
