Well, that explains it: Jesus is Canadian! But what kind of car does he drive?
I thought it was for Jean-Claude Lord. Like the film maker.

Not only is Jesus Canadian, it seems he is also an Ontarian. And yours to discover!
In the US, there is only one way to read that license plate!
I guess "Godless heathen" is too long to fit on a plate...
