Life in a Small Town

I received this Christmas card in the mail yesterday. Seems the sender had the wrong town (which the post office crossed off) but the correct postal code, with no mailing address other than R. R. 1. And I still got it. Amazing.

  1. I love it when stuff like that happens!!! I've had similar experiences here but I'm not nearly as famous as you in these parts. :)

  2. My mailperson leaves grumpy notes in my mailbox if someone gets my address wrong - but delivers my mail anyway. Ahhh - life in the country. Love it!

  3. So glad you got it - I wasn't sure where the hell you lived. Sorry.

  4. Amazon recently mailed a letter to my parents in the UK, which got misdirected via Vancouver BC and then back to the UK. They sent it back to me.

It still did that in less time than it takes to send a letter to them from here.
